Her Journey started as a distinguished entrepreneur and technology expert with a computer engineering graduate degree from Syracuse University, New York.
With 18 years of IT management experience, she has driven innovation in AI, machine learning, and data science. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills, Shally's extensive travels as a US military officer’s wife have deepened her understanding of global markets and supply chains.
Her entrepreneurial journey began with a successful Indian ethnic food business in Wisconsin, which earned her recognition as one of the top 5 restaurants in the US state and a place in the Top 30 under 40 by Madison Wisconsin Women Business Magazine.
Shally's passion for jewelry design led her to study diamonds and mining activities. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, she founded AVAIDEN Exports and AVAIDENS to focus on lab grown diamonds. Her goal is to offer high-quality, affordable diamonds while addressing climate concerns. Under her visionary leadership, AVAIDENS has become a trusted source for ethically sourced, environmentally conscious products worldwide.
