Ordering on Avaidens.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Bag” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. We only accept credit cards issued in the United States on our US site  . However, we do accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.

In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, avaidens.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out
  • The card's CVV code is incorrect
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge

Every piece is custom made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our dedicated manufacturing team to create the CAD designs. Once the designs are finalized, your jewelry will be sent to our skilled artisans, who will handcraft each piece with care and precision over the next 6 to 9 days. After the craftsmanship is complete, your jewelry will be shipped directly to you. The entire process, from order placement to delivery at your doorstep, takes a minimum of 15 business days.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. 

Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

We will accommodate an exchange for merchandise that's unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition when accompanied by a sales receipt.
