Shipping Carrier: In US, most orders are sent completely insured by FedEx. At our discretion we may ship your order by UPS or by USPS mail. We will email you the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Order Status and Tracking Orders: After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
Shipping Time: Every piece is custom made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our dedicated manufacturing team to create the CAD designs. Once the designs are finalized, your jewelry will be sent to our skilled artisans, who will handcraft each piece with care and precision over the next 6 to 9 days. After the craftsmanship is complete, your jewelry will be shipped directly to you. The entire process, from order placement to delivery at your doorstep, takes a minimum of 15 business days.
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, do call and/or email us and inform us so that we can do everything possible to expedite the process and get it delivered to you at the earliest possible. A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the system for a period of 25 business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or due to weather conditions. Although orders normally get delivered in 15 days, we are unable to file a claim until this period of time has elapsed.
Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
