Avaidens accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Avaidens gift cards
When paying with credit card, please fill in the required credit card details including the security code (CVC2/CVV2).
Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed. 
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
For added security, your billing address at Avaidens.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.
The purchase of Avaidens products takes place at Avaidens LLC, headquartered in North Carolina, United States. Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional fees for credit card purchases made abroad. 
Order Status and Tracking Orders: After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. 
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, do call and/or email us and inform us so that we can do everything possible to expedite the process and get it delivered to you at the earliest possible. A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the system for a period of 25 business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or due to weather conditions. Although orders normally get delivered in 15 days, we are unable to file a claim until this period of time has elapsed.
